[Contextual Cursor] Create Settings that allow us to pick and choose what cursors we would like to see

This issue is for the external plugin: {Contextual Cursor}
Plugin version: {1.3.1}

Create a settings menu that will allow us to only show specific contextual cursors.
For example - Only showing the context cursor when mousing over mobs, but no where else.
