[Transmogrification] Decorative boots (broken)

This issue is for the external plugin: {Transmogrification}
Plugin version: {1.3.5}
The Decorative boots (gold) item in the Transmog plugin are available only in the "broken," unequippable variant of the item. When selected in Transmog, they turn the feet invisible.

Ah, this is a similar issue to the dumb dragon chainbody. I have an idea that would conveniently allow for a proper fix, but given that StupidItem already exists, it would be the perfect place for another item with the same issue until the proper fix is implemented.
