[Subtle Virtual Levels] Background not the same as theme and setting.

When looking at the skills tab, it's very messy seeing the standard background of all the Subtle virtual levels. Perhaps make the option to customize the background of the virtual level.

The plugin works by using existing Jagex sprites. As such, it's not something that can just be recoloured, though custom replacements are possible. The idea is that it's meant to standout a bit vs the rest of the interface.
Ideas for alternatives are very much welcome, alongside PRs for them
