doing mahogany homes, in Ardougne, in the north location, where npc Noella resides.

when going up the east staircase then repairing the southeast mirror with a full inventory of mahogany planks, the southeast mirror can incorrectly deplete 1 from the plank sack.

update: to replicate, try doing the entirety of Noella's house tick perfect
