The command module load esmvaltool is now working at DKRZ as well

It would be nice to update the kernel instructions here, since that should be much simpler!

Note that the esmvaltool module may not be updated frequently because DKRZ do not allow users to handle modules themselves. So including module load esmvaltool in the instructions would only enable to use ESMValTool v2.2.0 for some time. Is that a problem @Peter9192?

Currently we already explain two options: a 'default' install, and a 'development' install. We could make the default use the module load esmvaltool, and keep the development notes for more complex use cases.
