クーポン割引と、別の割引を適用したい場合に、分かれている方が把握しやすい。
（他の割引プラグインを適用した場合なども考慮して）

以下現状で把握している、本対応によって修正が必要な機能です。
・受注編集画面
・メール
・メール送信履歴
・マイページ
