Missing ontology metadata in V1

Describe the bug
The version 1 endpoint for ontology metadata is missing some fields such as License and Creators (contributor in v2)
https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols4/api/ontologies/agro

To Reproduce
https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols4/api/ontologies/agro

Expected behavior
Not exactly like v2, but it should include some key metadata such as license and creators
