Completely unlink PMID and submission - 39266554 GCP000755

This PMID and submission were wrongly linked. A different submission needs to be linked to the PMID.
The PMID and currently linked submission GCP000755 need to be completely unlinked for me to do so.

Sajo deleted GCP000755 but I am still unable to link GCP000946 '6686e97fd222f50001bb1080' through DepoCuration (Option greyed out, already linked.)

Please completely unlink all submissions from 39266554 so I can try again, or fix the link to GCP000946 if it's easier.

A similar previous ticket here suggests necessary steps to completely unlink a submission from a PMID.

Could you please link submission 66995900f8167b0001a70c9a (which is part of BoW GCP000975) to PMID 39277575? I don't think anything needs to be unlinked in this case.
