Hi,
I saw on this ticket (#658 (comment)) that you are not able to fully update all of the ontologies as usual (sorry! that must be very frustrating.)

Could I please request that you update Mondo to the latest release (we had a release in early Jan).

We release Mondo monthly around the 1st of every month. If it is okay with you, I'll create a ticket here after each release until your issues are resolved.

Thank you!

Dear Nicole (@nicolevasilevsky),

We have tried to do a release in last week and the OLS databases crashed repeatedly (!). And yes, this is terribly frustrating and stressful to us. But I think it is even more frustrating for our users, which is completely understandable.

We are working on a new version of OLS (OLS 4) which we hope to have a beta out in a few weeks. We will sent out communication in this regard shortly. Most importantly in OLS 4 we address the issue with arbitrary crashes of the database and delays in the data releases. In the meantime you can have at look Mondo on OLS4 here: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ols4/ontologies/mondo. Feel free to open any issues you notice here.

We will keep you updated.

Thanks for the update @henrietteharmse. I let our users know that they should use the OLS4 link for the time being. Best of luck to you with the rollout of your new version. We'll be patiently standing by. 😺
