How to generate "reference_HLA_ASM.tar.gz" file

Thanks for providing the method for HLA typing of assemblies. I did the typing using [reference_HLA_ASM.tar.gz](https://www.dropbox.com/s/mnkig0fhaym43m0/reference_HLA_ASM.tar.gz). However the reference seems to be out of date, as it was created in 2018.
I wonder how to generate these reference files using up-to-date IMGT/HLA database, it's preferred to provide the codes or step-by-step instructions
