Card Links on Use Cases Overview are Incorrect

Overview

The cards on Use Cases: Overview link to pages not in navigation.

No appropriate page exists to be linked to.

Ideas

A. Add "Overview" Page for Each Section

• Data Analytics
• GeoHazard
• Seismic
• Wind and Storm Surge

Warning

What to add on Overview page? If there is no content, don't force content.

B. Remove the Links

Just don't link the cards, because the many-pages-combined pages they link to will be removed.

Important

Make sure card does not seem clickable.
