If an item marked OK has notes it would be nice if the item would rise to the top of the OK items.

How about always sorting custom notes over no notes within respective condition rank?

@YoMurphy curious on your thoughts on this one too. Also wondering if presence of pictures or number of canned responses should affect having secondary or tertiary sorts.
