[Feature Request] Add special behavior for patch files.

Smash modding has come a very long way since this plugin was first created. With the advent of patch files like PRCX, XMSBT, and Patch3Audio, it would be nice if the plugin was updated to be able to work with these sorts of files so as to not have to put entire PRC, MSBT or NUS3Audio files into the randomizer.
