One of our growers gave us the following feedback.

Here is stuff that needs to be improved:
alerts- the webpage shows thousands of alerts but they aren't valuable to me unless they get to me. The only way I can access them now is if I check the webpage. Is there another way to connect the alerts to a text or e-mail so that I will actually be alerted?
alerts- way too many alerts are happening. please send me the current parameters for different alerts and I will adjust them appropriately.
moisture sensors: Do you have any documentation on how the soil moisture sensors work? They seem to be affected by the reading of the other one. For example, if one is reading 10 and the other one is reading 20 and then the one that is reading 10 is moved to a different environment, the reading on the other sensor also changes. Are they meant to work together and it reads a differential ? OR are they meant to function independently?
data access- having access to the data set is super important for me to actually use the data. So far, i only see in the moment data.
remote shutoff- we have had the problem that the controller stops working or several of the sensor data stop showing up on the interface for some reason. Usually turning off and back on the controller will fix that. We need a way to do that via the interface to avoid this recurring issue.
updating grow file remotely- i brought up the problem of changes that i make on my phone to the grow file not being recorded. We need to fix this so I can adjust parameters without bothering you guys and to make changes in the moment as needed.

A list of take away actions:

• Email notifications
• Save growfile on device
• Historical data (should just get our cloud grafana instance working for visualization)
• Remote reboot (this is a Grow-Hub issue)
• Poorly written growfiles generate shit tons of alerts
