[Feature Request]: Sidebar scroll bar, color is too dark

The sidebar scroll bar is too dark, the scroll bar can be highlighted

I like the current color. Your example is too bright for me.
But, I think it's a matter of personal preferences.

We can create custom "Palettes", with different colors, on many GUI elements ( see tutorial here: #993 (comment) )

But, I think the scrollbar is not included ( at least I can't find it ).
Maybe they could add it later on.

I'm just giving an example. It doesn't have to be that bright. Maybe it can be brightened a little bit so that it's not so hard to distinguish.

Yeah, but now it's too similar to the sidebar border.
Matching colors can be complicated.

I think they selected that dark color to match the current theme.

To look good they would probably need to make a whole new, slightly brighter, custom Palette.
