Current behavior
When I have just installed the Wiki, I have no content to see.

Expected behavior
It would be nice to automatically create a first Welcome article for a fresh installation. We would add some tips on it.

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

  • Create the article when the first member is signup.
