python2 -> python3 transition breaks comparisons with min(None,<an integer>) #54

python3 throws the following error:

File "/opt/MAGeTbrain/bin/mb", line 539, in run
    processors=processors)
  File "/opt/MAGeTbrain/bin/mb", line 553, in qbatch
    batchsize = min(self.processors, processors)
TypeError: '<' not supported between instances of 'NoneType' and 'int'

Whereas python2 returned "None". Need to adjust login in a few places.
