Definitive dependency file list for SEDUTIL-CLI.EXE (WinPE environment)

I have migrated to this fork of SEDUTIL and I am updating all my recovery environments.

I have a Macrium recovery environment which included an earlier version of SEDUTIL and it worked fine in the WinPE hosting environment with a few VC runtime files added. Now it seems there are more dependencies.

Is there a definitive list of all required files for the program to run? For example, a dependency walker shows that VCRUNTIME140_1.DLL is required and a host of api-ms-win-crt* files which in turn have a raft of other dependencies. What is truly required?

The program seems to run OK with just MSVCP140.DLL, VCRUNTIME140.DLL and VCRUNTIME140_1.DLL, but an authoritative answer would be appreciated.
