Delaying remote channel synchronization

Describe the problem to be solved

I would like to be able to add a remote channel synchronization without synchronizing videos as soon as they are released.
For example it would be possible to add videos on peertube a month after they are released on youtube.

It would allow to provide more videos on peertube while letting the video on youtube to get attraction and monetization hence not endangering the creator's activity.

Describe the solution you would like

I guess it would be possible to add a delay option in the remote channel synchronization settings and to check this delay on synchronization tasks.
