Filter videos by transcript availability

Hi,

In the Administration > Overview > Videos screen it is possible to filter videos by "VOD", "Live", "With Web Videos", etc. It would be nice to add a new option to filter by videos containing a transcript.

Describe the solution you would like

Add a new filter keyword to filter video that (not) have transcription such as transcription:false/true.

Can you detail your use case? I'm wondering if it would also be an interesting feature for the search page too

In my particular case it will be useful to check videos with probably-failed transcriptions (regarding the Whisper timeout issue reported in #6556 ).

Also I want this to check old videos (pre-v6.2.0) that don't have human-made transcriptions so I push an auto-transcription task for them.
