Feature Request : "Add Channels I moderate"

Why / Who

I believe a large base of Chatterino users are Moderators in multiple channels. Often if a Mod has multiple swords, they can lose track.

What

I propose a feature that queries Twitch for a list of channels that are moderated and offers an option to add & create tabs for channels moderated.

• Ability to re-scan and add tabs
