Chatterino currently only loads the blocked users list on startup, this means that when blocking someone through Twitch chat, or through any other means, a complete restart of Chatterino is needed to update that list.
I propose for this behavior to be changed. Rather than having it load only on start up, make it so that it's loaded each time we connect to TMI.Or alternatively, you could make a command to forcibly reload the list e.g: /reload-blocked-list.
