[BUG]: QCefView-v1.1.0 无法运行 #350

Describe the bug 【Bug描述】
新建一个空白的qwidget工程，添加在main.c中QCefConfig config;运行直接异常退出。

Environment 【BUG产生的环境】

OSR/NCW Mode: NCW
OS & Version: Windows 10 64bit
Qt Version: Qt 5.12.7, MSVC2017 64bit
CEF Version: QCefView.windows.x86_64-v1.1.0

请看官网例程，需要进行初始化并且只能初始化一次，并且保证QCefConfig和QCefContext对象在你创建QCefView之前不被销毁。
