Revision of GRIIS datasets

The publisher Invasive Species Specialist Group ISSG was included into the COL to merge all the datasets. However, it is necesary to evaluate the content of each dataset, because some of them are including errors .

The list of the datasets with merged names in here.

This issue is open to have a track of the datasets that we are checking and to leave comments in case we need to block one of them

The dataset of Micronesia was blocked in the xcol-config.yaml, the higher classification is wrong in all names.
