Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

The flowview plugin has a very scalable parallel query API that could be used in various areas of Cacti. So, bring that API into the core of Cacti.

Additional context

Allows other Cacti plugins in addition to the core of Cacti to leverage the power of the parallel query API.
