Feature Request

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Not sure if that is maybe already taken care of, but for example in the "Reporting" tab there is a wide list with many entries which are wider than the screen.
This makes the dropdown element and the "Submit" button vanish behind the screen border, which confuses users. (They don't see the delete button and therefore we have years old reports in the list, because nobody cleans up their stuff).

Describe the solution you'd like

Either put all tables into some kind of frame or other scrollable container element and create a bottom bar, which contains the elements
Or float the Buttons to the visible screen area (javascript should be able to do that) so that it is always visible

Describe alternatives you've considered

Wasting time telling people over and over again where the control elements are :D

This has been addresses in 1.3 with the midwinter theme. There is a lot of work to do yet though.
