問題

COSCUP的參與志工和與會群眾參與研討會活動後沒有進到社群活動,參與其他社群
希望增強COSCUP和其他社群的聯繫與交流,讓更多社群參與COSCUP活動

預期結果

COSCUP能夠成為與其他社群合作引流志工的會議,志工和參與群眾透過COSCUP而認識其他社群,進而投入其他社群活動

修正

其實參與會議的人都可能是對社群有興趣的參與者,如果能夠會議當場有簡易方式（如QRCODE）等,可以讓與會者在留下聯絡資訊,社群講者可以後續跟該參與者寄發社群活動消息或後續聯繫
2.統一志工履歷的格式與必要訊息,可以方便讓志工與社群搜尋到彼此的存在,更好媒介志工後續參與其他社群活動
