也許可以考慮一定程度公開個人志工的頁面，可以作為志工專業技能和在 coscup 相關經驗的驗證，甚至未來可以變成類似像是個人履歷（？）。

讓志工們自行決定要不要公開展示自己的志工資料頁面。
如果是願意公開的人，就可以被社群們依條件搜尋到，進一步找這位志工幫忙
