This would be similar to how Finance functions. ID currently doesn't engage enough with GBM aside from small changes. e.g. internal metrics regarding engagement hours, etc.

This issue came up and langauge to fix if was approved by last years excomm. Marked to be added in upcoming bylaw changes.
