Describe the problem

The main mwdb-core repository contains a lot of development tools such as docker-compose files,
support development catalogs, deploy catalog that contains dockerfiles.
In general, it is a rather chaotic structure that would be worth reorganizing.

Describe the solution you'd like

At the beginning, propose a new organization of the project structure and then adapt the relevant project files.
