[BUG] Scaffold can't bridge on / with interactable blocks

Describe the bug

Scaffold interacts, e.g. furnaces, with blocks, which leads to their GUI being opened.

Steps to reproduce

Variant A:

• stand on an intractable block
• enable scaffold

Variant B:

• scaffold
• select an interactable block item in your hotbar

Then you maybe haven't played with good clients yet. Also #4061 contains a method to solve this issue.
