Add error message when END IF missing

No error warning or indicator of an issue if author forgets to include an END IF in logic statement.

The logic checker should throw up a warning message/error message to indicate a missing END IF if the author leaves an IF open and clicks out of the logic box.

This should be along the lines of the missing variable name error message.
