Localize sample data

Move the example project graph data out of visualizer and into the canve-viz project.

Then change the http requests to be local. This local data source will be good enough for an initial release.

It would be nice to have two sample projects and have the UI able to switch between them (maybe log this as separate issue).

There'll be no problem to supply several sample data sets.

I'd suggest also having one very small and synthetic data set, which you can tweak as you will as you examine results ― or even compose an ad-hoc test over once in a while.

The sample dataset we have is huge, and hard to reason about when validating logic in some common dev scenarios. I'd use both but that's just me.

Agreed that's a good idea.
