Centos 8 installation issues #177

There are light issues discovered by following simple installation instructions:

yum still exist, but it is aliased to dnf
not obvious (from simple installation instructions) how to install with kafka and RPKI
platform-python-devel need to be installed for pybgpstream
test script does not work (_import _pybgpstream_caida as _pybgpstream need to be changed to let it work).
