create a simplified control interface to NetworkManager.

it must read and objectify:

ethernet interface properties
wifi interface properties

it must take objects and write based on those objects:

ethernet interface properties
wifi interface properties

it should have equivalent interfaces for:

ppp/pppoe
dialup
mobile data dongles/teathering
