Two graphic cards and no HDMI out

My laptop
Lenovo Ideapad L340-15IRH Gaming
does not show up on the HDMI out
using Linux Mint, and MX Linux.
I like to work with both monitors together, to enlarge desktop space.
This issue is bothering me, since I updated from Mint 19.2 ? to 19.3 ?
Im rather experienced with Linux, but these kind of problems are out of my skills.
Who can help ?

Thanks in advance

Hans

Below the system information from both Mint and MX

I will place / have placed this issue on the fora :
Github : #1079 , linuxmint/muffin#567
Mint : https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=49&t=348068 : !!! Issue fixed !!! with summary and pictures
MX : https://forum.mxlinux.org/viewtopic.php?f=107&t=64241
Lenovo : https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Other-Linux-Discussions/Two-graphic-cards-and-no-HDMI-out/m-p/5077071. Their proposal to check with a life usb Fedora workstation works : Showing monitor out on hdmi, straight out of the box.
NVidia : to do

On the MX Forum, there is already good support.
Last year, there was good github support too.
I hope to find it on the other fora too.
Please join all together to get this issue with two graphical cards in one laptop finally solved.

Do I need to install Bumblebee ?
#1069 does not provide enough info for me.
