Ticket/Suggestions within minecraft

Could be nice to be able to open directly a ticket (maybe even interact/manage it or being able to see 1-2 last message from it ?) within the game.
Same for suggestion, maybe having a "top" for suggestion based on the result

For example :

• /dsu ticket open "message here" (and a message if you don't have your discord account linked)
• /dsu ticket "ticket ID" (to choose to close it, respond to it or see last message)
• /dsu suggest "Your suggestion here"
• /dsu suggest top

it is not that necessary but could be kinda cool to be able to do it directly via minecraft (english is not my native language, so.. sorry for some mistakes i made)

When I saw tickets being a feature I thought this is what Utils did.

There's other bots available for generic discord ticketing systems.

But having something that was integrated into minecraft, means you can get the username of the person, their location when they submitted the ticket, in case it's relevent, what server they are on, and more.

uhm the plugin is meant to replace the generic bots you are talking about, some people like to use less bots, also i think what you are saying isn't possible currently, so if you know a plugin that does anything simmilar, tell me we can hook into it and do cool things lol

But this suggestion about tickets and suggestions in game will be added with discord being the base
