[Feature Request] Booster Rewards

Booster Rewards!
Able to give rewards in-game (through commands just like leveling rewards) when someone boosts the discord server, will need the booster to have a linked account so he can get the rewards in-game.

I will count this as a mini feature, however i personally don't trust the discordsrv api when discordsrv is using very old version and bugs and issues in something like that can introduce exploits i would not do it until discordsrv update jda (which doesn't seem like it's happening, talk to them)
