Tickets:

  • A feature so you moderators can claim tickets when they get opened to indicate that they are handling the ticket

  • A ticket transcript feature so whenever a ticket gets deleted, the transcript gets sent to a channel that has been set up when the panel had been made (similar to tickettool.xyz)

  • An option to have multiple Open Ticket buttons on the same message
Example: You have a #tickets channel where people can open tickets, if you are able to add all menu buttons to the same message people dont have to scroll up to find the ticket they need when you have multiple panels

Suggestions:

  • An option in config so the suggestion command gets deleted after x amount of time similar to when you link your account and the code gets deleted

Hello, ticket transcripts are already in progress, and ticket claiming might be added, multiple tickets in the same panel is unfortunately not possible due to current design (and database schema), suggestion deleting the command will not be done but it's possible to make the response ephermal (only user can see the response and the command - when discord says "Only you can see this")
