I'm experiencing an issue with the android app where notifications are not being delivered when the device reconnects to the internet after being offline. If the device is online, notifications are received as expected. However, if the device is offline, the notifications are not delivered when the device reconnects to the internet.

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Ensure the Blue Bubbles app is running and the device is connected to the internet.
  • Send a message from another device. It should be received successfully.
  • Put the device into offline mode (e.g., enable airplane mode) and send a message from another device.
  • Reconnect the device to the internet after 6 minutes.
  • Notification will not be recieved once reconnection to the internet is established

Expected Behavior: Notifications sent while the device was offline should be delivered as soon as the device reconnects to the internet.

Actual Behavior: The notifications are not delivered after the device reconnects to the internet.

Note: If you reconnect to the internet before 6 minutes has passed the notification is delivered properly
