Multi-device Conversation (Delay in transcription as well as no transmission of messages)

When I am creating conversation using App Store application (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-translator/id1018949559) and joining conversation using sample C# code provided, everything's working fine the transcription (real-time) as well as text messages are being sent and received. But when I m creating conversation using sample code C# and joining conversation either from application or code the issue is the transcription has delay of about 12 - 15 seconds and also it is not sending to other participants.
