Looking at react-query documentation it's a better option than Apollo.

Pros:

Cool additional features
We can use the same knowledge in other projects that do not use GraphQL
A lot of tutorials

Cons:

Added overhead
There are too many options?

Please share your thoughts on why using one over the other.
