I'm going to be honest, I'll start doing work on pipewire integration when Debian/Manjaro makes me switch, otherwise feel free to ask around the telegram group, others may have similar experience and/or a fix! Sorry!

Hi, im not sure what the "audio lag" is, but if it is audio clipping/glitching, theres now a fix in the readme.md
