Something like pinafore.override { libraries = [pinafore-media pinafore-gnome]; } or pinafore.withLibraries [pinafore-media pinafore-gnome].

In flake, provide outputs e.g. pinaforeLibraries."x86_64-linux".pinafore-media.

Affects both pinafore and pinadoc executables.
