I reviewed the document on March 27, 2017. The content looks good to me.

Suggestion: consider using D3.js for the interactive graphs instead of statically generated images.

Grammar: in the introduction, "Historically, a huge mess." is not a complete sentence, but the other bullet points start with a complete sentence.
