Add more locations

I suggest adding more locations for your reports, for a total of 64.
Here are a 50 nice ones to use in addition to the ones you already have:

Lowering the base_cost to 0.1 will give some really nice illustrations when drawing the cost map for your reports, especially for goal points close to roads.
