Need to give the ability to hide or enable the bottom count bar. Reason is it is not match to new Youtube user interface. But someone needs to keep it, they can keep it.

I would much rather prefer that the like-to-dislike ratio bar be made to fit the new YouTube UI; using Firefox's dev tools, I have adjusted the .ryd-tooltip-bar-container element's top property to -2px and I must say it looks quite good:
