regular expression xsd update

when a regular expression is added and assigned to a schema, updating the rule doesn't make any changes because the (java) validation code is not re-generated. there is no link to understand that something is changed

P.S.
add the information that is used the XSD regular expression engine (it's a bit different and limited from the standard implementation)
