gameRole Command should include a list of all applicable roles

Describe what does the feature do
Currently the gameRole Command does not include a list of Roles that you can be added to the user. This makes it extremely difficult to figure out what Roles are currently supported. It would be extremely helpful to users, especially new users, to include a dynamic list of Roles in the detailed description of the Command (!help gameRole)

Additional context
Currently in Version 4 of the bot, all Roles are stored in a JSON file and managed that way. This requires either a reload of the JSON file to pull in the updated data, or a reboot of the bot in order to do so. With the switch to Version 5, all Roles will be stored in the MongoDB instance, which should allow us an easy way to modify user Roles on the fly and not need a restart.
