nolocallinkct = 1 is not playing the unlinkedct as the documentation states

When this is set to 1, the locally connected node (same server) plays no tone. Set to 0 it plays the linked node tone.

rpt.conf says the following:
nolocallinkct = 0 ; Send unlinkedct instead if another local node is connected to this node (hosted on the same PC).

Did the code get changed for this setting to do what it litterally states vs what the config file states?

Was a new configuration option made for this?
